Food Safety Audits
Food safety audits are conducted by a member of our trained staff preferably on a regular basis in order to monitor progress and/or deficiencies that may occur. Our auditors review and rate the inspections on a number scale of a possible 1000 points for documentation, integrated pest management (pest control), operational issues, maintenance for food safety, and cleaning practices.
We also include security concerns in our report, but we presently do not score these unless it has caused a deficiency in the food safety program. Times are changing and new ideas on security are presented in our audits on an individualized basis in order to maintain confidentiality for each customers security requirements.
HACCP review is part of the food safety auditing process. Documentation review and actual traceability of product is verified during the audit if it is applicable.
Training
Training is offered to any account on an in-house training basis only. In order to keep our costs down, we offer food safety and security training at your business or in your geographical area.
Consulting
Consulting is a service that we provide on a daily basis. If we do not know the answer, we will find out for you or put you in touch with someone who does.
